There are two standards, British Standard and American Standard. In recent years, some customers

have required Canadian standards. The specific parameters are as follows.

Fire resistance: When the sponge burns, it will not generate an open flame.

Water resistance: closed cell structure, good water absorption.

Corrosion resistance: Corrosion resistance to seawater, grease, acid, alkali and other chemicals,

antibacterial, non-toxic, tasteless, and pollution-free.

Anti-vibration: high resilience and tensile strength, strong toughness, and good shock / buffering performance.

Thermal insulation: excellent heat insulation, cold insulation and low temperature performance,

can withstand severe cold and exposure.

95 kPa bags

1)Our 95 kPa bags satisfy supplementary packaging requirements in the IATA DG Regulations (5.0.2.9.4).

These bags are designed to be used with inner packaging containing liquids that, in themselves, do no comply

with 95 kPa pressure requirements. When a 95 kPa bag is used in conjunction with each inner packaging

containing liquid, the assembled UN package is eligible to be transported by air (IATA DGR packaging

instructions must also be followed to ensure compliance). Our pressure bags also double as a barrier

between intermediate packaging (ie. vermiculite or other absorbent) and inner containers in 4GV UN Boxes.

without leakage, an internal pressure which produces a pressure differential of not less than 95kPa. The patented

VonSeal® liquid tight bag has passed the tests as outlined in 173.196(f) of the DOT’s Title 49 CFR and as outlined

in Packing Instructions 602 and 650 of the 2001-02 ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air.

ISTA Procedure 1A when shipping by air. These kits include everything you need to protect your containers’
internal contents, such as absorbent pouches, fiberboard insert, fiberboard pads, ties, pressure-sensitive
tape and a 4GV corrugated outer box. Available in two sizes, you can ship either four 8-oz. or four 1L

6)How to Close The Shipping Bag Properly

Specimen shipping bags in this carton are designed to perform at high internal pressure, should an airliner

lose its cabin pressure. So, in order for the bag to be effective and perform to its design capabilities, the bag

must be closed properly after insertion of the specimen

A: Generally, we pack our goods in cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods
in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A:Yes we can produce by your samples,we can send you samples for free,but customer need to pay courier
cost by themselves.
Q3.How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
Q4.How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step
production procedure.
